Submissions should be made at least two weeks before the start of the semester to ensure your reserve materials are available for the first day of class:
Materials that need to be purchased will require extra processing time
Faculty members may place personal copies of textbooks required for their courses on Print Reserves
Personal copies are subject to library policy and will be given Reserves labels and Reserves call numbers, which will be affixed to the material.
Loss or damage to personal copies is not the responsibility of the Reserve Services Unit. Professors are required to sign a damage waiver upon submitting personal copy books.
Personal copies will be returned once the listed items are taken off of Reserves.
Textbook Purchases
The library purchases some required textbooks based on faculty recommendations:
Print textbooks purchased through this program will be put on two-hour reserve at the Circulation Desk for student use in the library.
We also purchase eBooks, but only those with library-licenses allowing for unlimited users.
We may not be able to acquire every textbook requested.
